Payment, Logistics, and Return & Refund Policy

I. Payment Method

  1. You may select products based on your personal preferences and place orders using the Cash on Delivery (COD) method.
  2. For return requests, please refer to the mall’s Return Agreement.

2. Order Fulfillment Time

After your order is successfully placed, we will process and arrange shipment in the order of receipt. The fulfillment period takes approximately 3 working days. Shipment is not restricted to specific time windows and is available on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After the order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is approximately 7–10 working days.

4. Delivery & Signage Instructions

  • When placing an order, please provide a valid delivery address and contact phone number where you can receive and sign for the package.
  • Upon receiving the goods, please inspect the package on-site to check if the outer packaging is intact, if the quantity of goods matches the order details, and if the shopping list is complete. Do not open the product packaging before signing for the delivery. If the outer box seal is damaged or tampered with, you have the right to refuse acceptance.
  • If you are unable to sign for the delivery in person, you may authorize a third party to sign on your behalf, who must strictly follow the inspection rules mentioned above. The courier is only responsible for delivering the package to the designated address on the waybill. Any person at the designated address (e.g., front desk staff, family members) may sign for the delivery, and we cannot guarantee that the package will be handed over to a specific individual.

5. Order Modification & Handling of Undeliverable Orders

  • For risk control reasons, orders cannot be modified after confirmation and payment. Please ensure that you fill in the correct delivery address and phone number when placing an order. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
  • Undeliverable orders due to insufficient or incorrect recipient information will be held by the logistics provider for 5 working days. The Company will notify you via email during this period. Please reply to the email or contact customer service to provide updated information. If no response is received within 5 working days, the order will be returned to the warehouse, and a refund will be processed. We appreciate your understanding for any inconvenience this may cause.

III. Return & Refund Rules

  1. If the products you received are defective, you may request a full refund.
  2. The specific methods and conditions for returns and refunds shall be subject to the terms stated on the product sales page and during the order placement process.
  3. Returned products must be kept in their original condition as shipped, including the intact product itself, gifts, accessories, packaging, and all accompanying documents or materials. If a paper invoice was issued, it must be returned along with the product. You are also required to sign a credit note and other documents as required by relevant laws and regulations. Otherwise, the Company reserves the right to reject your return or refund request.
  4. You understand and agree that when the Company needs to process a refund for you—whether due to a return/exchange request, the Company’s inability to accept all or part of your order, or the cancellation or invalidation of the contract for any reason—the Company shall handle the required documents (e.g., invoices, credit notes) on your behalf in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
