Intellectual Property Complaint Guidelines & Copyright Notice

While asserting our own intellectual property rights, we always adhere to the fundamental principle of respecting the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on the Tauaiss platform or its linked platforms infringes your copyright, trademark right, or other intellectual property rights, please submit a formal complaint via our dedicated intellectual property complaint email:

I. Information Required in the Complaint

  1. The physical or electronic signature of the intellectual property right owner or their authorized agent.
  2. Detailed information about the infringed intellectual property right, including the relevant registration number and country/region of registration (if applicable).
  3. Detailed location information of the allegedly infringing content, including its specific position on the website or application, and sufficient details to assist the Tauaiss platform in locating the relevant content.
  4. In case of design patent infringement, clearly specify the infringed design and provide the corresponding design registration number.
  5. In case of utility model patent infringement, clearly specify the claimed infringed utility model and provide the court ruling or judgment supporting the claim.
  6. The complainant’s full company name, affiliated organization (if applicable), mailing address, contact phone number, and email address.
  7. A statement confirming that you sincerely believe the use of the allegedly infringing content has not been authorized by the intellectual property right owner, their agent, or under the law.
  8. A guarantee statement certifying that all information in the complaint is true and accurate; that you are the owner of the relevant intellectual property right or have been legally authorized by the owner; and that you are willing to bear corresponding legal liabilities for perjury arising from false statements.

II. Platform’s Handling Measures After Receiving a Complaint

Upon receiving a compliant complaint, the platform reserves the right to take the following measures:
 
  1. Delete the allegedly infringing content or restrict access to it;
  2. Block all links pointing to the infringing content;
  3. Notify the alleged infringer that the platform has deleted or restricted access to the relevant content;
  4. Terminate the service access rights of any user or third party who repeatedly infringes the intellectual property rights of the platform or others, or take other disciplinary measures as specified in the platform’s terms of service and policies.

Copyright Notice

Tauaiss platform and its affiliated companies legally own all intellectual property rights and other related rights, ownership, and interests of the Tauaiss website and its relevant mobile applications, including but not limited to:
 
  • The copyright of the website and mobile applications;
  • The intellectual property rights of the relevant technologies used to provide services to users via the website and mobile applications.
 
All the aforementioned copyrights and intellectual property rights are strictly protected by relevant international and national laws.
