Return & Exchange Policy

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

The Company hereby promises that returns or exchanges are acceptable within 7 days from the date of sale (based on the customer’s actual date of receipt) if the goods meet any of the following conditions:
 
  1. The product itself has quality defects
  2. The product was damaged during transportation
  3. The wrong item was delivered, or the received product does not match the ordered one, and the product is in a condition suitable for secondary sale

I. Exceptions to the 7-Day No-Reason Return Policy

The 7-day no-reason return policy does not apply to the following situations:
 
  1. Custom-made personalized products
  2. Products that have been used (electronic products are deemed used once powered on)
  3. Products with visible wear and tear on the main unit, functional components or accessories
  4. Lost or severely damaged outer packaging of the product (excluding normal unpacking), which actually affects the secondary sale of the product
  5. Other products unsuitable for return due to their nature, and which you confirmed as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  6. Other circumstances where the product is in poor condition and unfit for secondary sale

II. How to Apply for Return & Exchange

1. Return & Exchange for Personal Reasons

  • Time Limit: Within 7 days from the date of receipt
  • Application Method: Send an email to the after-sales service center
  • Processing Time: The after-sales team will review and approve your request within 1–3 working days upon receiving the email
  • Freight Responsibility: The customer shall bear all the freight costs incurred by the return or exchange
  • Prerequisite: The product must be in its original condition and suitable for secondary sale

2. Return & Exchange for Quality Reasons

  • Time Limit: Within 7 days from the date of receipt
  • Application Method: Send an email to the after-sales service center at service@mail.rcikwsk.com
  • Processing Time: The after-sales team will review and approve your application within 1–3 working days upon receiving the email
  • Freight Responsibility: The Company shall bear all the freight costs incurred by the return or exchange

3. Refund Process

  • Operation Method: Within 7 days from the date of receipt, please contact the courier company directly to arrange the return
  • Process: After the courier company receives the returned goods, it will notify the Company of the relevant refund matters
  • Refund Time Limit: The Company will complete the refund process within 15 working days
